* [Neo-Geo] Cleaned up a bit the Neo-PVC code... now it looks "cleaner", also fixed savestate bugs with PVC bankswitched games. (thanks to IQ_132).
* [Neo-Geo] Fixed again svcchaos C saving code, now it should work (thanks to Jimmy_page).
* [Neo-Geo] Updated a member of the BurnRomInfo structure to accept long file names, with this fixed all the decrypted m1 ROMs are updated to MAME naming conventions.


Misc

* Added menu items for loading a skin with a dialog, also for unloading it, this avoid the use of editing manually the ini file, this options are located in .:[Video]:. menu. (thanks to Captain CPS-X).
* Fixed a bug with translation templates, if you add a pop-up item as last menu item that menu was taken as the last to traduce, so I moved some items to fix that.
* Added an item in .:[Misc]:. menu to reset a template to default language.
