| Habe gerade im Internet gefunden das demnächst ein neuer C64 erscheinen wird es werden aber auch neue Amigas rausgebracht A1000 A2000 und A3000 mit AMIGA Workbench 5.0 http://www.commodoreusa.net/CUSA_C64.aspx |

| das gute daran ist man kann vom Boot Menu in Windows oder Amiga Os Booten also wird das Amiga Os mit jedem PC funktionieren. |

Wirklich in ein Amiga OS booten können diese Geräte nicht, sie beinhalten ja auch keine Amiga oder C64 Hardware, sondern sind PCs, die sich mit Emulationen behelfen.
Sie werden scheinbar mit einem angepassten Linux ausgeliefert (so genau ist da die Website nicht, ich vermute aber, dass da niemand den Aufwand betreibt ein eigenes x86 kompatibles OS zu schaffen), das folgendermaßen beschrieben wird:

Der C64 und der Amiga laufen also nur durch Emulation auf diesem OS. |

| Gibt es denn lauffähige Amiga und C64 Emulatoren für AROS? Denn ohne weiteres ist es ja nicht möglich mit AROS Amiga Programme laufen zu lassen, sie müssten für die x86 Plattform jeweils kompiliert werden. |

| Soweit ich das verstehe kann das icarosdesktop paket direkt adf files lesen, wird dann eine Emulation gestartet? Ist das eine AROS-eigene oder läuft da ein WinUAE Derivat? |

UAE Derivat man muss aber die Bios Images drin haben sonst geht nichts mit Original Amiga Programmen |

Nur UAE unter AROS also anders rum.
aber bis AROS unter WinUAE läuft wird bestimmt auch nicht mehr lange dauern. |

Das ist kein zaghafter versuch, das gehört zum Kickstart Replacment Project auch Franken Rom genannt was einen die Möglichkeit geben wird UAE ohne Originalen Kickstart Roms laufen zu lassen so wie z.b. EmuTos beim ST, Phase 1 ist abgeschlossen und Phase 2 läuft, außerdem Programmiert Toni Wilen höchst Persönlich Phase 2.

Aber um beim Thema zubleiben Commodore USA sollte nicht mal erwähnt werden, das was die herstellen ist Müll, z.b. der Tastatur Computer aus dem Video ist nur ein Computer wo das Commodore Logo drauf ist und wird von einem ganz anderen Hersteller vertrieben nur ohne Logo, ergo alles nur lug und Trug zumal da AROs drauf läuft was zwar gut ist aber nix mit Commodore zu tun hat. |

Besonders lachhaft sind z.B. die Hardware Specs des neuen "C64". Ein schwachbrüstiger 1,8 GHz Atom. Moderne C64 Emulatoren wie WinVice werden bei hohen Qualitätseinstellungen (CRT Emulation, ReSID Resampling) zum Daumenkino.  |
