Just a quick patch here to make raine gcc4 compatible.
No binary release this time, this patch is only usefull for those who compile raine, and especially the linux distribution maintainers !

About the patch : it weights 50kb, and it´s not totally finished. There are still lots of warnings in the end, especially when compiling the 6502 emulator, but it works anyway.
And allegro makes weird crashes sometimes when starting raine in x11 (when initialising), but not all the time ! Allegro is great, I really love allegro Maybe the problem is only here, but it´s allegro specific anyway, if you just run raine again after the crash, it should finally work, and once it´s launched it´s ok.
