Notes:
If you have a FXGA or a FX-BMP, please contact me.
The sound buffer has been increased. This may solve the problem of choppiness with some video displays. Increasing the buffer size increase performance but also increases latency. If you still get choppiness with your display, contact me with your sound card.
For any machine specific option to take effect, you need to restart the machine (Ctrl+F1), not just to reset it.
Most games will not have a problem with the Mega Drive 6-Button Pad. Keeping it enabled will most likely be fine in most cases.
The 6-Button Pad in the PC Engine is only supported by newer games. Older games have a real problem with it. Only enable this option when you need it.
Memory Card slots 2-4 are currently unused. The only machine to use the Memory Card option is the Neo Geo.
