Merged drk||Raziel's new VTLB codebase into Playground. It's a faster and more
stable replacement for the old TLB build. It lacks the full suite of recompiler
optimizations, so don't get too excited (yet). It'll get better though.

Improved EE/VU0 sync -- fixes 'new stage' crash in Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 (part
of Issue 58 ).
Also rolled back some troubleshooting code that made it's way into the previous
update.

improved "Extra VU Overflow Checks" mode.
this fixes the garbage in some tracks on GT4.

Fixed GT4 hang at startup.

Major GUI stability renovations: Pcsx2 now supports an "automagic" to-memory
savestate system that allows it to recover on-the-fly from most dialog box
changes (speedhacks, advanced roundmodes, and even MTGS). Use Run:Execute to
resume your game right where you left off!

Fixed several memory leaks, including one that ate up about 40 megs of ram
everytime you hit esc to go to the GUI. Also added quite a bit more error
checking to init/deinit procedures.

Run:Reset menu now *fully* resets all plugins, including the GS.

Added color to the Win32 console!

TODO: The "Configure" dialog box doesn't support the new recovery system yet, so
you can't change plugin versions on the fly yet (coming soon).

Improved the MTGS enable/disable option, so that it only resets the GS plugin
now, instead of everything. Using File->RunCD performs a full reset now, as it
should.

Pcsx2: Possible fix for the MTGS giftag handler, as reported in Issue 88 (should
fix several Kingdom Hearts issues I hope, but I can't test it here right now).

COP0.cpp: Updated the commented out Perf counter code to work on the newer
builds, also removed the line which stopped them updating at all if the
interrupt wasnt on.
Others: Fixed a couple of unpack bugs, tried to tackle an MFIFO bug with Tekken
Tag. Also re-jiggled a few bits on my recent changed, please negative if it
breaks anything.

Added 2 gamefixes to the Windows Side (untested since I don't have the games
xD):
- DMA Execution hack - Fixes Fatal frame problems by ignoring dma transfers
while another one is being executed.
- VU XGkick hack - Fixes Erementar Gerad by delaying XGkick. Similar to what SO3
needs, except this game needs more delay. Emulating this correctly is impossible
with the current DMAC system, and will most-likely never be fixed correctly. The
best (and fastest) way to simulate proper behavior is with a gamefix. (Super VU
was doing this by a CRC hack, but I changed it to use this gamefix instead along
with microVU.)

Brought the Erementar Gerad gamefix over to Linux, and got rid of some junk that
isn't neccesary now that the crc version of the hack is gone.
