-added User Interface(UI)
-added save/load functions of cartridge memroy(sram/flash-rom)
-added save/load config file - PocketGBA.cfg (binary file)
-fixed some arm7tdmi cpu-cycles (not correct)
-fixed load instruction routines of ARM & THUMB
-> LDRH, LDRSH, LDRSB / ARM & THUMB state

-download ´ARMRel.zip´ from http://sunbug.net
-unzip ´ARMRel.zip´ and copy ´PocketGBA.exe´ to your PocketPC device
-execute PocketGBA.exe
-CAN´T load 16MB cartridge file.
