Der Atari Jaguar Emulator Virtual Jaguar hat ein Update erfahren.


The Atari Jaguar emulator Virtual Jaguar has been updated.

* Preliminary fixes for proper emulation of memory reads between $200000 and
$800000. [Shamus]
* Proper handling in the OP of objects with 0 IWIDTH. [Shamus]

Ich schreib' das mal hier hin: BigPEmu ist ein neuer herausragender (bezogen auf Geschwindigkeit und Kompatibilität) Atari-Jaguar-Emulator für Windows. Nachdem ich lange Zeit mit Virtual Jaguar recht unzufrieden war, bin ich irgendwann auf Phoenix umgestiegen, der seine Sache um einiges besser machte. BigPEmu soll sogar noch akkurater sein. Ist übrigens der gleiche Emulator aus der Sammlung Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration. Der einzige Haken, der mir einfällt: (noch) keine CD-ROM-Unterstützung. Das ist aber erstens bei Virtual Jaguar und Phoenix nicht anders, und zweitens wird das hoffentlich eines Tages nachgereicht.

Edit: Gibt schon Version 1.01!
