I have just added the binary of the release v0.9.1 of the PC version of the emulator for download. This release is built from the code of SVN revision 106.

This version requires a J2SE version 1.4 installed on the PC to run the program and does not work on mobile devices.

Please take a look at the release notes, as some steps are still required to create an executable jar file from the downloadable archive.
