I don't know for sure what agentq used to build this port, but I guess it must've been devkitARM, as that's what all the other DS/GBA dev'rs use. There *is* an illegal copy of the Nintendo DS SDK floating around, but no homebrew developer in his right mind would use that for obvious reasons. You can read more about that issue here. |
