When pressing F9 to get to Frameskip 10 or above I was setting the nothrottle to make frameskiping the fastest possible (and eliminate any autoframeskipping) this was causing a bug where if you pressed pause during F9 no throttle mess would cpu burn. I removed this fix and noticed that if you F9ed to Frameskip 10 it would turn off throttling automatically and the bug also was removed.

| Hmm, noch nie getestet. Übrigens, die kompilierte Fassung enthält die Version 0.139 anstelle der 0.140 Version. |
