GameEx 11.43 released

Theme/Skinning enhancements
Now ALL modules can have a custom layout and background. Including MAME list select and Emulator system selection.
Video backgrounds although implemented in the theme editor were not working. This is now fixed.
New scroller object in the theme editor. Can have custom text or a news feed for each module or system.
New weather object in the theme editor. See below.
More to come in upcoming releases.

Weather ICON
New weather icon in GameEx which displays the current conditions and temperature. You can select your location by using the weather application, also accessible from the setup wizard. Its enabled by default but can be turned off.

Other fixes and enhancements
Fixes issue where you could not clear the playlist when Jukebox set to play randomly on queue end.
New screen rotation available - Flip Y

* When windowed the GameEx window is no longer slightly transparent
* New setting for what to do when the Jukebox playlist queue has reached the end. Either play random songs (default), stop or repeat.
