just extract it into your no$gba folder...
its the debug version... but yeah... its a TEST version =)

so it´s featuring 3 important things

1) it allow you to select your input/output devices (so people that have especial microphones will be able to get it working) ps: open the setup after changing device... for it to take effect
2) volume control... you have microphone and output volume control (from 0% to 400%!!)
3) it will be updating only parts that actually got changed... so it become much faster than the previous version (for those that doesnt have dual core)

so, since i can´t work on it for a while... that part may help some people until i get the V3.0 done
