Eine neue Version des 3DO Emulators 4DO basierend auf FreeDO ist erschienen.
A new version of the 3DO emulator 4DO based on FreeDO is available.

The hqx filters are full-screen post-processing operations provide benefit via color matching, so there is noticeable improvement on flat fonts or cartoon-style graphics. 3DO games with video or photo-realism are much less likely to see benefit.
Much like the high-resolution rendering (which I’ve renamed to “Double Resolution Rendering”), these hqx filters are very CPU intensive. For example, my 3.0Ghz processor can only handle hq2x at normal speed! Games that do not tax the CPU heavily are good candidates to try.
Note: If you performance is too low for you, you can typically sacrifice game framerate by turning down the CPU Clock Speed in the Advanced settings tab.
I have added a “Health” indicator to help identify when the emulation speed is lagging behind its proper schedule:
Green indicates normal operation. Yellow indicates that the emulation fell behind schedule once recently (and you will hear an audio skip during the compensation), but is otherwise fine. Red indicates that the emulation is chronically behind schedule (at which times framerate is too low and the audio is probably very annoying). Viewing core FPS is still available has not been changed. Games do not necessarily run at 60fps, so FPS wasn’t sufficient to gauge whether the system was running too slow, thus the introduction of the “Health” indicator.
Super Wing Commander lohnt sich auch. Ist ein Remake des ersten Wing Commander mit besserer Grafik. Alle Dialoge mit Sprachausgabe.

Wohl kaum, denn die originalen Teile stammen immer noch vom Mega Drive. (1991 / 1992).
Need for Speed lasse ich gelten, auch die 3DO Umsetzung von Hundefelsen 4E und Super Street Fighter II Turbo begeistern durch ihren Soundtrack auf dem 3DO.

Da hast Du natürlich recht, sagen wir die erste und beste 3D Version.
Ich finds gut das die Emulation von 3DO vorrangeht, auch wenn ich der Konsole nichts abgewinnen kann.
Road Rash fand ich die PC Version auch sehr gut, welche sehr ähnlich (Port?) zu der 3DO Version scheint.

FIFA, Need for Speed, Gex und Panzer General scheinen's noch Wert zu sein (obwohl auch keine Exklusiv-Titel). Ev noch Wing-Commander für Fans. Ansonsten gibts leider kaum was, was nicht auf einer anderen Konsole gespielt werden könnte.

Panther Colonel ist übrigens auch indiziert... Aber was hat denn die 3DO Version, was der PC-Version fehlt?
der vorteil ist, dass manche spiele als pc-version nicht mehr unter win7 laufen würden. im emu aber problemlos.

Panzer Generals läuft mittels Dosbox ohne Probleme unter Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Also das Argument lasse ich nicht gelten..

Bei Panzer General ist das noch nicht mal nötig - es gibt eine Unmenge an guten Remakes, Patches und sogar ein OpenGeneral (Das ist aber Panzer General 3D/ PG II). Die Windows 3.11 Versionen von Panzer /Allied General laufen übrigens ohne Abstriche unter neuen Windowsversionen, jedoch nur 32-Bit glaube ich.
