byuu has released a new version of his multi-system (NES, SNES, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance) and subsystems (Super Game Boy, BS-X Satellaview, Sufami Turbo) emulator higan.

Quote:
107.3
  • removed usleep() from main() during Application::modal()
    • allows smooth window movement and resizing on Windows
  • Windows: added WS_CLIPCHILDREN to Window class
    • prevents flickering of the viewport when moving the vertical resize grip
  • Windows: added WS_EX_TRANSPARENT to Frame class
    • prevents drawing issues caused by WS_CLIPCHILDREN (which is why it was left off previously)
  • ASIO: ensure the minimum, maximum, and preferred buffer latencies are available in the latency list
  • ASIO: defer IASIO::start() until audio starts playing
    • prevents bad ASIO drivers from segfaulting at application startup
  • ASIO: re-enabled the option for ASIO now that it can be enabled safely
    • there is still an issue that many drivers (including Steinberg's) crash after music starts playing
  • Windows: added workaround for the audio settings panel not displaying properly on first-launch
  • GTK: added gtk_widget_queue_redraw() call after Widget::setGeometry() calls
    • prevents minor redraw issues with higan's status bar when resizing the window
