Wie Phil hier schreibt, wird es neben dem System 21-Treiber in MAME in baldiger Zukunft einen Standalone-Emu geben.

Die Features werden voraussichtlich folgende sein:
- Emulation von System 21 und System 22-Spielen
- Static recompiler für DSP-Code
- hardwarebeschleunigte Grafikausgabe
